Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
We don’t have or publish a set price list for our audience response voting systems. That is because we have found that every single client we have has different requirements, so it would be impossible to have a ‘one size fits all’ policy.
We offer three different types of handset/keypad and our software is the most versatile, flexible and powerful on the market. This means that we can tailor every single quote to every single client, dependent on their needs and not on restrictions within the configuration of the hardware and software.
Please do get in touch to talk over your requirements and we’ll be happy to give you a no obligation personalised quotation.
Which handset should I choose?
That question we can only answer after we have talked through your requirements and discussed how you are going to use the system and who is likely to be in your audiences.
Different types of audiences are better suited to using different types of handsets, and we will show you the features of each voting keypad so that you can make an educated choice on which system is best for your particular environment.

My meetings vary in size. How many handsets should I buy?
What normally makes most economic sense is to purchase the number of voting keypads that you use on a regular basis. For those extra meetings with more attendees, you can rent additional handsets that will work with your system.
And of course, you can always purchase extra audience response handsets at any stage as and when you need to.
If it’s so easy, why do you recommend training?
It’s true you can be voting within minutes of installing our software. However, to get the most out of your investment you’ll want to have a look ‘under the bonnet’ as it were to find out exactly what it is capable of.
On every occasion we carry out training, our clients will have a ‘Eureka’ moment where they suddenly realize that the system has the potential to be used in many more scenarios than they originally thought. So it’s an incredibly worthwhile option to take.
What’s included in the licence fee?
The licence allows you to use the software with all the interactive handsets you have purchased. The software can be installed on as many computers as you like, without limitation so that you can prepare and check presentations anywhere.
The licence also includes free, unlimited access to our technical support team during office hours via telephone or email. This is something all clients have appreciated greatly and is unique within our field.
And of course, all software updates are included within the licence structure.

Who are your main competitors?
There are of course several manufacturers of audience response systems in the marketplace. However, we believe we provide the Best Hardware, the Best Software and the Best Service on the market today.
The flexibility and power of the voting handsets and the software means that no client has to make compromises.
And as for the Service, you’ll only find out how good an aftersales service is once you have bought a system. We’re happy to state in black and white that clients can call us about their system any time - whether they bought it yesterday, last year, or 10 years ago and we’ll offer them the best advice possible.
Before you do commit to buying a voting system our recommendation would be to make sure there is commitment from the manufacturer you have chosen to support you throughout the lifetime of the product.
Can I hire in extra handsets?
Our clients often hire in extra handsets for those larger meetings. They also hire in complete systems where they have more than one meeting at the same time.
We can also provide on site technical support if necessary.
What warranty do you offer?
A standard 12-month warranty is given for all hardware. Extended warranties are available for extra peace of mind with free loans to cover equipment being repaired so that clients are never left without equipment for their interactive meetings.
